QA Tester

Role Overview: As a QA Tester (Manual) at NWAY Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products. You will collaborate with developers to identify and track bugs, conduct manual testing, and contribute to the overall quality assurance process. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to thoroughly test all aspects of the software. - Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools, and communicate issues to developers for resolution. - Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback, understand the product requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software as per Business Requirement Specification (BRS) documentation. - Conduct manual testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and ensure that the software meets the specified requirements. Qualifications Required: - 0-1 years of professional experience in QA testing. - B.Tech in Computer Science or related field. - Knowledge of testing terminologies, test case creation and execution, and familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools. - Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Proven work experience in QA testing and familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.,
