Job Title : QA Manual Engineer

Location : Remote

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate

QA Manual Engineer

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and stability of our web applications through comprehensive manual testing practices. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and the QA team to deliver high-quality, reliable software.The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a solid understanding of testing methodologies within Agile and DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities

Create, review, and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Perform functional, regression, exploratory, usability, and integration testing of web applications.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure complete test coverage.
Identify, log, and track software defects using standard bug-tracking tools.
Analyze test results and provide clear and detailed reports on product quality.
Participate in requirement reviews, ensuring clarity and testability of features.
Contribute to improving testing processes, documentation, and overall QA best practices.
Work within Agile teams and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and the SDLC.
Experience with creating and executing detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern web application behavior.
Ability to analyze requirements and identify test conditions effectively.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
