QA Manual Engineer

You are an experienced Manual Tester who is passionate about sharing knowledge and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic and challenging work environment. Your ability to adapt and apply new technologies is just as important as your years of experience in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Rigorously plan, write, and execute test scripts - Perform manual regression testing - Create and maintain test data - Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans - Review and analyze system specifications - Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results - Create logs to document testing phases and defects - Report bugs and errors to development teams - Help troubleshoot issues - Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing - Report Bugs in ZOHO/KAYAKO as per the Project - Perform Daily Sanity Testing/Pre/Post Production Testing Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of XML Testing, Responsive Testing, Web Service testing - Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus - Ability to document and troubleshoot errors - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail - Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude - Strong organizational skills Additionally, it would be beneficial for you to have knowledge of JMeter, Selenium, and SOAPUI to excel in this role.,
