What You’ll Do
- Lead QA for enterprise-grade SaaS, PaaS, and on-premises applications across CRM, ERP, Finance, and CX platforms.
- Define and drive the QA strategy for complex, integrated ecosystems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Certinia, and other enterprise applications).
- Establish automated and manual testing frameworks that cover functional, regression, performance, integration, and security testing.
- Build scalable QA practices within Agile/SAFe delivery models, ensuring faster release cycles without compromising quality.
- Partner with enterprise technology and other functional business owners to ensure test coverage aligns with business-critical processes.
- Drive adoption of test automation in CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and system reliability.
- Manage vendor QA engagements and outsourced partners to balance cost, speed, and quality.
- Provide release readiness assessments, defect analytics, and risk reports to business and IT stakeholders.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing QA team—balancing skills across automation, manual testing, and domain knowledge.
- Establish career development plans, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching/feedback to build technical depth and leadership capability in the team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the QA organization.
Who You’ll Work With
- IT Product Owners– Collaborating on requirements, sprint priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Enterprise Platform Owners (e. g. , Salesforce, ServiceNow, Certinia) – Ensuring quality for business-critical platforms.
- InfoSec & Cybersecurity Teams – Working on monitoring, compliance (e. g. , FedRAMP, SOX), and risk management.
- Business Stakeholders (GTM, Finance, PS, GCS, Marketing, Legal) – Communicating quality metrics, release risks, and confidence levels.
- System Integrators & Managed Services Vendors – Coordinating QA across multi-vendor delivery ecosystems.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- 7+ years of QA experience in enterprise IT and SaaS applications, with at least 3+ years in a management role.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes (Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Revenue, Service Management, etc. ).
- Strong expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, etc. ) and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
- Experience embedding QA in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with enterprise compliance & security standards (FedRAMP, GDPR, SOX).
- Ability to manage QA across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, performance management, and building a culture of trust and accountability.
