QA Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications through manual and automation approaches. Working within an Agile scrum team, you will collaborate with the development team to ensure quality. Understanding end user deployment, you will contribute to requirements and design reviews. You will also develop acceptance criteria for stories and verify the product against them. Developing test plans and strategies for web applications aligning with the scrum model of development will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will create automation scripts for stories during development, execute them to reduce cycle time, and improve quality. Monitoring release quality criteria and providing an unbiased product quality view will be crucial for enabling QA entry criteria. Leading testing activities for multiple products, delivering test strategy, test plan, test execution, and test status to different stakeholders regularly will also be expected. You will contribute to automation through the development of new test scripts suite execution. Collaborating with the Customer Success team on customer escalations and providing guidance to both internal and external stakeholders will be essential. Experience in team handling is required for this role.
