Maintain documentation of QA activities including inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions. Support in training site staff on quality protocols and best practices. Review and verify test reports from third-party labs and ensure timely corrective actions. Participate in pre-construction meetings and quality planning sessions. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, local building codes, and safety regulations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field. 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance within the construction or real estate development industry. Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, construction materials, and methods. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality frameworks. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA documentation tools. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects. Certification in QA/QC or ISO standards is a plus. Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
