QA Automation Tester

As a QA Automation Tester at Citi, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of banking by collaborating on UAT processes and product rollouts. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating on initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and product rollouts. - Working closely with technology project managers, UAT professionals, and users to develop and implement appropriate testing scripts/plans. - Conducting various process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments. - Identifying issues, providing recommendations for solutions, and ensuring project standards and procedures are documented and followed. - Monitoring products and processes for compliance with standards and procedures. - Documenting findings, conducting root cause analyses, and providing recommendations for improvements. - Ensuring completion of corrective actions, maintaining traceability in project work products, and generating reports on quality metrics. - Demonstrating a solid understanding of technical procedures and concepts within the QA domain. - Offering informal guidance to new team members and performing other assigned duties. Qualifications required for this role: - 4 - 8 years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience in the Financial Services industry preferred. - Proficiency in requirement reviews, identifying discrepancies, and communicating findings. - Familiarity with QA in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. - Knowledge of quality processes, logical analysis, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work effectively within deadlines and possess clear written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in defining, designing, and executing test cases.
