QA Automation Engineer

As a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer, your role will involve ensuring the quality and reliability of web applications across different browsers and devices. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test scripts using Playwright (Java/JavaScript/TypeScript) and Cypress (JavaScript) - Performing manual testing to validate UI and functional behavior across various browsers and devices - Executing and maintaining API testing using tools like Postman - Integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) - Collaborating with developers, product managers, and QA engineers in Agile/Scrum environments - Writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases - Participating in code reviews, bug triaging, and contributing to improving overall test coverage and product quality Qualifications required for this role: - Hands-on experience with Playwright using Java and JavaScript/TypeScript - Experience with Cypress using JavaScript - Strong proficiency in manual testing and bug reporting - Good understanding of API testing tools such as Postman or REST-assured - Experience working with Git and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, TestRail - Strong programming knowledge in Java and JavaScript,
