Python Developer Lead

Below is the JD for Python lead.

We are seeking highly skilled Python Lead with a minimum of 10 years hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced technical expertise in Python application development, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent coding practices. Experience managing or mentoring a technical team is a significant plus. Experience in product development is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design technical solutions and implement them in Python to meet functional requirements.
• Guide and mentor the team, providing technical advice and leadership when required.
• Understand and analyze requirements, suggesting appropriate technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex Python applications and backend systems.
• Lead technical solutions across the full software development lifecycle (requirements,coding, testing, deployment).
• Implement best practices in software architecture, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers; manage project deliverables and code reviews.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years professional experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise in Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, etc.).
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and relational databases.
• Proficient with Git/version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Preferred (Plus):

• Experience leading or managing a technical team.
• Experience in product development environments.
• Exposure to DevOps/cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Docker).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js) and modern

frameworks.
