Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Bench Candidates through various channels (job portals, networking, social media, direct contacts, etc.).
  • Building strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, clients, and implementing partners.
  • Understanding the recruitment cycle and negotiating contract terms with clients and vendors.
  • Identifying client requirements and submitting qualified candidates accordingly.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with US IT staffing policies.
  • Keeping track of market trends and competitor activities in the IT staffing industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience

    in Bench Sales and US IT staffing.
  • Proven track record in placing Bench Candidates across different technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of

    US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.)

    and immigration policies.
  • Experience in working with

    Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners

    .
  • Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other marketing tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
