Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Master’s Degree / PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields

Session Schedule: Weekdays and Weekend sessions (as per need)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python & AI/ML Mentor who can train and guide learners in Python for Machine Learning and Data Science, and help them apply Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning techniques to real-world projects. The mentor will be responsible for delivering practical, hands-on learning experiences, strengthening learners’ foundations in Python for ML, helping them build industry-ready models, and applying them effectively in business and technology contexts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct interactive mentoring sessions covering Python programming, AI/ML foundations, and advanced applications.
2. Teach Python fundamentals to advanced concepts (data structures, OOPs, libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib).
3. Mentor learners in AI/ML workflows, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deep learning, and deployment.
4. Develop project-based learning modules, case studies, and real-world applications.
5. Provide one-on-one mentorship and doubt-clearing sessions on coding practices, algorithms, AI/ML concepts, and debugging.
6. Stay updated with the latest developments in Python frameworks, AI/ML algorithms, and industry use cases, and integrate them into learning sessions.
7. Offer career guidance, including coding best practices, portfolio building, and industry insights into AI/ML applications.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience in Python, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
2. Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.
3. Experience in real-world project implementation (NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, Predictive Modeling, etc.).
4. Familiarity with deployment frameworks & tools (Flask, FastAPI, Docker, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP).
5. Excellent mentoring and communication skills to engage with learners online.
6. Previous teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience will be an added advantage.
7. Willingness to commit to structured weekdays and/or weekend mentoring sessions.
8. Immediate availability preferred.
