Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using 

    Django

     and 

    Python

    .
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure 

    RESTful APIs

    .
  • Work with 

    PostgreSQL

     for data management and query optimization.
  • Implement asynchronous tasks & background jobs using 

    Celery

    .
  • Integrate 

    Daphne, Redis, and WebSockets

     for real-time communication.
  • Manage containerized applications using 

    Docker (Mandatory)

    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience with 

    Django

     and 

    Python

    .
  • Strong knowledge of 

    REST API

     design and development.
  • Experience working with 

    PostgreSQL

     (queries, schema design, performance tuning).
  • Experience with 

    Celery

     for background job/task processing.
  • Experience with 

    Daphne, Redis, and WebSocket

     communication.
  • Hands-on experience with 

    Docker

     (mandatory).
  • Good command of 

    GitHub

     and 

    GitHub Copilot

    .
  • Good exposure to using 

    LLM models

     for task automation and productivity.
  • Strong understanding of ORM concepts and database modeling.
  • Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
