We have 2 requirements,

1. Purchase Engineer/ Purchase Officer - 3 to 4 years of experience

2. Assistant Manager/ Mid Senior Level Position - 9 to 15 years of experience

Reporting To:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of
Bought Outs
such as Motors, Gearboxes, Control Panels, Valves, and Process Instruments.
Manage
Service & Rate Contracts
, contractor deputation, and site coordination.
Execute complete
Material Planning & Procurement cycle
from requirement analysis to order finalization.
Vendor management, price negotiation, and cost optimization.
Coordinate with
site teams
for timely supply, installation, and contractor management.
Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Utilize
SAP
for purchase orders, inventory, and vendor records.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) with relevant industrial procurement experience.
Strong technical knowledge in
industrial equipment and heavy manufacturing domain
.
Excellent
negotiation, analytical, and critical thinking skills
.
Hands-on experience in vendor development, rate contracts, and site work execution.
