Roles and Responsibilities

Verify invoices against GRNs and perform entry into ERP system.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, new vendor development, and material procurement.
Handle purchase entries, enquiries, and negotiate prices as needed.
Manage purchase orders from creation to payment follow-up.
