Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of PR strategies for clients and the agency.
• Manage high-profile brand campaigns across

  FMCG, F&B, lifestyle, and consumer segments

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media houses, journalists, and influencers.
• Oversee influencer marketing strategies and large-scale brand collaborations.
• Act as a spokesperson and brand custodian for clients and the agency.
• Drive storytelling and positioning strategies to enhance brand reputation.
• Supervise PR executives and ensure high-quality content – press releases, articles, and media communications.
• Collaborate with client servicing, creative, and social media teams for integrated campaigns.
• Track, analyse, and report media coverage and campaign effectiveness.
• Represent the agency at networking forums, industry meets, and client pitches.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of proven experience in

  PR, brand campaigning, and communications

  , preferably with FMCG, F&B, lifestyle, or event marketing companies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive media and influencer network across India.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ablity to strategize at a leadership level while also ensuring flawless execution.
• Strong understanding of digital PR, influencer ecosystems, and social media platforms.
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in PR, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
