Public Relations Manager

You are looking for a PR & Content Strategy Manager in the Spiritual & Events Domain. The position is based in Pan India, involving both office work and on-location execution at client sites across India. Your role will focus on transforming small events into large-scale, impactful media experiences through effective PR planning and content strategy. Your responsibilities will include strategizing and managing the PR aspects of spiritual or cultural events, as well as developing and executing content strategies for YouTube to drive audience engagement and growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content and storytelling for media, social platforms, and branding, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube in alignment with the spiritual brand identity. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of Indian culture, rituals, and spiritual values. Key requirements include proven experience in PR, event branding, or content strategy, excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a strong grasp of YouTube growth strategies, and prior work experience with NGOs, spiritual organizations, or cultural campaigns. You should be willing to travel across India as per project requirements, manage teams, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. The company will provide full travel and accommodation support for assignments at client/event locations. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Mass Communication, PR, Event Management, or Media, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in PR, media production, or content strategy. Experience in the spiritual or social development sectors is a plus.
