Job Overview
We're looking for a high-energy, versatile professional who can own the delivery of enterprise implementations end-to-endcombining the structure of a Project Manager with the technical and client-facing depth of a Solution Consultant. This is a hybrid role, perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to work closely with both customers and product teams.Key Responsibilities
- Drive successful implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality targets are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, translating business requirements into platform capabilities.
- Design and document solution architecture in line with customer needs.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, QA) and external stakeholders for seamless delivery.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking against KPIs and proactively mitigating risks.
- Lead discovery and solutioning workshops with clients to gather requirements.
- Ensure effective change request handling and manage scope creep smartly.
- Support UAT planning and rollout strategies.
- Provide troubleshooting help during configuration and integration, including reviewing logs and working with APIs.
- Recommend improvements in implementation playbooks based on learnings from ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 college (Master's or PMP certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in project delivery or solution consulting roles in SaaS or tech-driven organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, preferably HR tech, AI, or chatbot platforms.
- Exposure to APIs (REST/SOAP), basic scripting/debugging, Postman, and working knowledge of databases.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and client communication skills.
- Experience balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and take ownership across delivery and solutioning.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA, Asana, or Monday.com.
Good to Have
- Prior experience with chatbot or virtual assistant platforms (Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework, etc.)
- Exposure to Workday, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS platforms
- Experience working across global time zones (especially US/Europe)
