Position: Project Manager / Urban Manager (5 Positions)

Location:

Qualification:

B.Arch / B.E. (Civil / Infrastructure / Planning)
With master's in urban management / construction management / Infrastructure Engineering and Management
OR MBA/PGDM (Project Management / Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure)
PMP Certification preferred

Experience

Minimum 10 years
of experience in urban infrastructure projects with a combined value of
250 crores or more
.
Proven expertise in
DPR preparation, vetting, and urban services
(WSS, SWM, drainage, housing, civic/social infra, etc.).
Strong project management and monitoring background.
Prior experience in
Urban / Government projects
preferred.

Skills Required:

DPR preparation & technical vetting
Project monitoring & reporting
Liaison with government stakeholders
Quality compliance & documentation
