Assistant Project Manager Civil

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.
  • Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project-related communication.
  • Track project costs, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
  • Support in resolving technical and operational challenges on-site.
  • Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and resources.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 710 years of experience in

    civil/construction project management

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
