Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end digital banking projects such as Core Banking, Internet/Mobile Banking, Loan Origination, and KYC/AML systems.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and third-party vendors.
Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements for banking projects.
Conduct regular status updates, sprint reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
Lead Agile/Scrum methodologies or hybrid models as per project needs.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.
