Job Description

PMO OR Program Manager/ Senior Manager

  • Oversee the entire Project Management Office (PMO) function & project management activities.
  • Monitor project progress, tracking of material requirement/delivery ,Projects milestones and critical achievements to meet project timelines
  • Ensuring all the Project trackers delivery , database management , documentation & Communication to different customers
  • Provide strategic support in identifying the risk management & revenue leakages
  • Frequent meetings with Customer (Internal & External) to ensure smooth process of operation, resolution of challenges/issues raised by customer.
  • Ensuring Invoice generation , tracking , documentation ,customer follow ups and Payment realization
  • Conceptualise and rollout a centralised dashboard/reports for financial & non-financial key business parameters
  • Review, re-engineer reporting framework covering scope, coverage, and formats.

  • Education & Qualifications:

    B.E/B Tech/Graduation . Professional certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferable .
  • Experience:

    A minimum of 8-10 years of experience, with at least 4-5 years within PMO or Project Management preferable in telecom Projects ( Telecom Network Rollout & Delivery )
  • Strong Project Management Expertise:

    A deep understanding of project management best practices
  • Strategic Thinking:

    Ability to align project activities with broader business strategies and goals.
  • Communication Skills

    : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting to senior management and collaborating with teams/customers
  • Tools & Technologies:

    Proficiency in MS Power point & Excel , Microsoft Project
  • Leadership & Communication:

    Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic Acumen:

    The ability to develop and implement PMO strategies, drive process improvements, and utilize data analytics for decision-making
  • Analytical Skills:

    Proficiency in analysing data to make informed decisions and track project performance
