Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist in developing detailed project execution plans in alignment with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
  

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.
  
• Monitor construction progress against the project schedule and identify delays or bottlenecks.
  

1. Resource Management

• Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
  
• Coordinate with procurement teams for material indenting and delivery.
  

1. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality control and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
  
• Address non-conformities and implement corrective measures promptly.
  

1. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR, WPR, MPR).
  
• Maintain records of drawings, RFI (Request for Information), BOQ, and material testing reports.
  

1. Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities for approvals and inspections.
  
• Provide timely updates to senior management on project status.
  

1. Cost & Budget Control

• Monitor project expenses and ensure work is executed within the approved budget.
  
• Support in preparing cash flow statements and billing documentation.
