Job Description

The Project Execution Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project execution efforts, ensuring adherence to defined scope, timeline, cost, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  • Develop detailed execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.
  • Track and report on project KPIs, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide transparent project updates.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and drive lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Support contract management, procurement, and change management processes.
  • Maintain documentation for audit and quality assurance purposes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • [3–7] years of experience in project execution, project management, or operations.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects in [industry, e.g., construction, energy, IT, etc.].
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, Jira).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.).
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
