Job Description

The Project Engineer (Mechanical) at INDOFEN will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of custom furnace manufacturing projects. You will leverage your strong mechanical engineering knowledge, project management skills, and collaborative abilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and ensure that project objectives are achieved. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for efficient project planning. You will supervise and manage the execution of project activities, oversee fabrication and assembly processes, and collaborate with design teams on engineering drawings and specifications. Monitoring and controlling project expenses related to mechanical aspects, ensuring the availability of necessary materials, and implementing quality control measures will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will maintain accurate project documentation, provide progress reports to stakeholders, and uphold the highest standards of manufacturing. To excel in this position, you should hold a B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering and have proven experience in project management within custom manufacturing or industrial equipment sectors. Your expertise in mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing processes, proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools, along with problem-solving and analytical skills will be valuable assets. Effective communication, collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities are essential. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment and willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings and site visits are also required. You should have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month. The benefits include food provided, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and additional benefits include performance bonus and yearly bonus. The preferred education qualification is a Bachelor's degree, and the required experience includes 5 years in Engineering Project Management. Proficiency in English is preferred, and a willingness to travel up to 50% is desirable. The work location is in person, and the application deadline is 20/06/2025.,
