Project Coordinator / Sr Project Coordinator - Structured Cabling

• Location

  : Pune / Bengaluru / Noida / Delhi / Mumbai /Chennai / Hyderabad

• Language

  : Fluent in English and Hindi (Fluency in regional languages preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience

  : 1-6 years of ICT (Information & communication Technology), project Coordination, Management experience, preferably within the structured cabling, IT or relevant field.

• Education

  : Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications), Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• Certifications

  : Project Management certifications (e.g.,CAPM) or Experience with documentation control systems.

• Tools

  : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)

• Work Week

  : 6 days (Mon-Sat)

• Timings

  : India shift (9.30AM-6.30PM, can change based on project requirements)

Project Coordinators

Responsibilities:

1. Involved in the Project Planning, Material Deliveries, Inter Departmental Coordination with Design & Pre-Sales, Ensuring Smooth System Integration, Execution &
2. Implementation within deadlines for ICT & ELV Integrated Projects.
3. Monitoring daily reporting and reviewing of multiple projects progress status, creating MIS, dashboards & graphical representations for Tracking & control.
4. Focusing on designing & delivering of huge campus OSP, SCS, Data Centers & enterprises lab providing services to customer as per contractual agreement and contributing in achieving the defined target.
5. Conducting Internal Reviews along On-Site Project, Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery Teams on Daily, Weekly & Fortnight Basis with Key Project Stakeholders.
6. Proficient in Effective Planning, Managing & Handling Customers as well as Vendors using excellent Communication, Presentation & Negotiation skills.
7. Good Ability to understand & capture Technical as well as Business requirements & Possess in-depth Knowledge of Team Management & Distribution, Bid management & Collateral preparation
