The Role What Youll Do

As an Automation Project Engineer, youll be the mastermind behind automation projects that make machines come alive and factories run smarter. You'll work on cutting-edge tech, collaborate with great minds, and see your ideas come to life on the shop floor.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead automation projects from concept to commissioning
• Design & program PLCs, HMIs, SCADA & drives (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.)
• Create detailed technical docs: BOMs, wiring diagrams, layouts, FAT/SAT reports
• Work closely with clients, vendors & internal teams to meet deadlines
• Supervise installations, testing & commissioning at client sites
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety & performance
• Support pre-sales with technical know-how & assist in project planning

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics
• 13 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation
• Solid grip on PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta), HMI, SCADA
• Know your way around control panels, field instruments & drive systems
• Familiar with protocols like Modbus, PROFIBUS, Ethernet/IP
• Comfortable with AutoCAD/EPLAN, to understand the drawing reading
• Willing to travel (India & Abroad) adventure awaits!
• Great communicator, team player & problem-solver
