Job Title: Architect

Qualification:

• B. Arch (Minimum 20 years of age or as per organizational norms)

Experience Required:

• Minimum

  7 years of professional experience

  as an Architect in the planning and design of building projects.
• Experience in a similar capacity in

  Construction / Construction Supervision

  of the following types of projects:
• Building projects with a

  minimum built-up area of 10,000 sqm

  and

  4 or more storeys

  , OR
• Building projects with a

  minimum built-up area of 5,000 sqm

  and

  3 or more storeys

  , OR
• Building projects with a

  project value of Rs. 50.00 crore or above

  .

Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed designs for building projects.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams to ensure integrated project development.
• Review and refine design layouts, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved architectural plans.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of building design standards, materials, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
