As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in handling projects independently under the guidance of the Head Designs / Senior Architect. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting quality and design checks to ensure adherence to standards - Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and estimates - Leading project planning, coordination, and implementation - Managing men and material line up, procurement, and site manpower - Collaborating with production and dispatch departments to explain designs and ensure timely manufacturing orders - Planning, indenting, and releasing orders for materials - Managing customer and contractor resources to achieve successful project outcomes To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, excluding any internship experience. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of handling projects exceeding 2000 square feet and budgets of over 50 Lakhs. This is a full-time position that requires your presence at the work location in person.,
