Project Architect

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Architect with 6-8 years of experience to oversee and manage architectural work at the site. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the coordination and execution of architectural projects, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, in-depth technical knowledge, and a proven track record of effectively managing teams and consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the documentation of architectural projects from initial stages through construction administration. - Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that design intent and project objectives are successfully achieved. - Manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing resources efficiently. - Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes. - Mentor junior staff members and cultivate a collaborative team environment. - Engage in client presentations and design reviews to ensure alignment with project goals. Skills Required: - Profound understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project leadership role. - Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
