Project Architect

Samyog Design Studio LLP is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of the Architecture department, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing architectural aspects of assigned projects. With a focus on project leadership, design development, client interaction, team collaboration, construction documentation, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and project management, you will ensure successful project delivery within established schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities: - Take a leadership role in managing and overseeing the architectural aspects of assigned projects - Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine project design concepts - Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors - Work closely with internal and external teams to foster a collaborative environment - Lead the development and review of detailed architectural drawings and specifications - Stay updated on local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements - Conduct regular reviews to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process - Coordinate and manage project tasks, schedules, and resources effectively Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution - 7-8 years of experience in architectural project management - Proficiency in design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects - COA Registered is preferred - Familiarity with green practices is a plus To Apply: If you are passionate about architecture and have the required qualifications and experience, please send your CV and portfolio to careers@samyog.org.
