About TRUE Hospitals

TRUE Hospitals is building India’s first boutique network of 20–50 bed multi-specialty hospitals, focused on day-care surgeries and patient-centric care. With a capex-light lease and operations model, we are scaling rapidly across NCR and beyond, in partnership with senior doctors and hospital owners.

We are looking for a Program Manager to drive execution across hospital launches, operations, doctor partnerships, and growth programs.

Location: Gurgaon | Experience: Fresher / 1–2 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a highly intellectual, analytical, and driven individual to join TRUE Hospitals as a Program Manager. This role is ideal for candidates from Tier-1 engineering colleges (IIT/NIT preferred) who are passionate about startups and want to work closely with founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and track progress across multiple hospital projects.
• Support founders in setting up operations and streamlining processes.
• Plan, monitor, and provide visibility of critical tasks and milestones.
• Drive problem-solving with strong analytical insights.

Requirements

• IIT/NIT graduate (or Tier-1 equivalent).
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Passion for startups and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and execution skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
