Program Manager

You are a seasoned Program Manager with over 10 years of experience in Program Management, specifically within CRM implementations in financial institutions. Your role will involve leading the end-to-end governance and execution of a CRM implementation program in a financial services environment. It is crucial for you to ensure strategic alignment, timely delivery, and effective communication across all program stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing a comprehensive program plan, leading the overall program governance, maintaining visibility of all workstreams, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. You will also facilitate stakeholder communication, drive Program Steering Committee meetings, and monitor progress across all sub-projects. To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, along with experience in risk management, project tracking tools, and program governance frameworks. Knowledge of change management and enterprise IT delivery practices will be beneficial. Preferred qualifications include PMP / PgMP / Prince2 Certification, prior experience in banking or financial services CRM projects, and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
