Job Description

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to increase adoption and engagement rates of Luna Games, driving new launch awareness and engaging with our program and partnering team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers leverage our upcoming games and to increase the acquisition and engagement.
Key job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, strategizing objectives, audience segmentation, and content creation to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using key metrics and analytics tools to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on marketing KPIs
  • Propose experiments to drive continuous improvement on campaign performance. Work with internal clients and creative teams to design & execute experiments. Document & codify insights, and apply learnings for future campaigns
  • Drive continuous operational efficiency by creating and simplifying SOPs where applicable
  • Connect with other internal Marketing teams within to bring in best-practices. Unlock new channels, experiments
  • Stay up to date with industry latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance our marketing efforts

About the team Optimus is a marketing shared services unit, offering operational assistance to various Amazon programs and product lines, partnering with multiple divisions within the company, including but not limited to Books, Music, Fire TV, Seller services, Luna, Tablets, and Alexa, streamlining their marketing operations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
  • Proven track record of product launches and GTM strategies.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content development.
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiar with dashboard tools like Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight.
  • Knowledge on AI adoption
