Job Description

We're looking for a Program Manager to lead and scale our channel partner programs. You'll drive onboarding, engagement, performance tracking, and expansion, working closely with Sales, Product, and Ops teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Launch and manage partner programs across regions

- Handle onboarding and retention

- Design and implement incentive plans

- Ensure partner performance and resolve issues

- Build scalable processes and SOPs

- Use data to track results and report to leadership

- Drive compliance and partner satisfaction

Requirements:

- 3 to 7 years in Channel Sales or Program Management

- Experience in fintech/auto finance preferred

- Strong planning, communication, and data skills

- Comfortable in fast-paced, growth environments

- MBA or equivalent is a plus
