Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for planning, & organising MIME, OOR, CD office and other task delegations assigned by the reporting supervisor from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing all projects driven by EVP - CD & MIME office.
Analysing data and maintaining department metrics.
Provide administrative support for the planning and execution of CD Strategy & PMO along with other projects assigned.
Managing communication from EVP-CD desk; which includes curating & creating communication email & public forum communications.
Tracking & managing ATRs.
Strategic intervention while felicitating reviews & dashboards.
Organizing leadership meets such as setting the agenda, participating and tracking action items.
Partner with team members on critical project tracking.
Key team member in planning and executing special events (i.e. departmental awards, Senior Leadership Team meetings).
Coordinate department meetings, including developing meeting dashboards and ensuring technical support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications -

Good Communication skills.
Good Interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to analyse critical situations.

Technical Skills

Sound Computer knowledge.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
