Process Architect

As a Process Architect at Barclays, you will embark on a transformative journey and play a pivotal role in shaping the future by safeguarding the business and customers from financial crime risks. Your role will be based in Pune. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify process optimization opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas using data and Management Information (MI). Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations through data-led insights. - Participating in projects and initiatives to improve performance and optimize efficiency. - Creating reports and presentations on performance and optimization to communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders. - Identifying industry trends and collaborating with stakeholders to provide recommendations for change and improvement within performance and optimization processes. - Implementing analytics and reporting for performance and optimization to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations. - Identifying capacity creation in operations using data and MI. To succeed in this role, you need to have the following qualifications: - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results. - Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution. - Strong knowledge of core banking products and operations, including Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk Management, and Back-Office Operations.
