Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your technical and analytical skills to analyze incident data, identify underlying causes, and provide solutions using IT service management tools. Your role will involve understanding ITIL problem management processes, network management services, and platform hardware architecture. Additionally, you will be required to support platform software communication and services provided to clients and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities. - Analyze incident data to identify underlying causes. - Utilize IT service management tools, specifically the Cisco ServiceNow platform. - Understand and apply ITIL problem management processes and best practices. - Familiarity with Network Management Services and operational support systems. - Knowledge of platform hardware architecture, including Hypervisor, Linux, Kernel, Kubernetes, Docker, VMware, vCenter, and vSphere. - Understanding of platform software communication and services for clients and customers. - Process TAC cases, SR, RMA as necessary for related cases. - Possess knowledge of Cisco networking equipment. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Experience with IT service management tools, particularly the Cisco ServiceNow platform. - Understanding of ITIL problem management processes and best practices. - Familiarity with Network Management Services and operational support systems. - Knowledge of platform hardware architecture, such as Hypervisor, Linux, Kernel, Kubernetes, Docker, VMware, vCenter, and vSphere. - Understanding of platform software communication and services for clients and customers. - Prior experience in handling TAC cases, SR, RMA for related cases. - Proficiency in Cisco networking equipment.
