Job Description

Role Overview: As a Memory Design Engineer in the DRAM and Emerging Memory Group (DEG) at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be involved in designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits for memory products. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Contributing to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits - Parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions - Managing the layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing - Performing verification processes with modeling and simulation - Contributing to cross-group communication for standardization and group success - Collaborating with various teams like Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering - Seeking guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to enhance design quality - Driving innovation in future Memory generations within a dynamic work environment Qualification Required: - Extensive knowledge of CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics - Experience with Finesim and/or Hspice - Knowledge in power network analysis - Proficiency in verilog modeling and simulation tools - Understanding of state machine logic/design verification techniques - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Self-motivation and ability to work well in a team - Good communication skills for conveying technical concepts - Experience with scripting languages (Python, Tcl, Perl, etc) - Familiarity with memory design is advantageous Micron Technology, Inc. is a leading company in innovative memory and storage solutions.
