Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Support organization at Oracle, your primary focus will be on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base. You will serve as an advocate for customer needs, handling post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means. Additionally, you will address technical questions related to the use of and troubleshooting for Oracle's Electronic Support Services. Your role will also involve being a key point of contact for customers, facilitating customer relationships with Support, and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on various customer situations and escalated issues. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as an Advisory Systems Engineer, demonstrating expertise in problem-solving and avoidance to address highly complex and critical customer issues effectively. - Work autonomously, reporting customer status and technical matters to management regularly, while providing expert technical advice sought by both customers and Oracle employees. - Collaborate with limited guidance from management to resolve challenges effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
