Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer at Zaggle, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and developing sales strategies and solutions that cater to both existing and new customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding customer needs through detailed discovery of their business processes to identify value and challenges that can be addressed with Zaggle EMS (Expenses Management System). - Articulating the Zaggle EMS value proposition and vision to prospects and customers. - Providing functionally compelling and relevant demonstrations to prospects/customers to ensure the "technical win". - Developing deep relationships with key stakeholders in identified accounts. - Creating and presenting Cost Benefit ROI/Business Case models. - Providing customer feedback (Voice of the Customer) to product management and engineering teams for capturing new customer requirements and enhancements. - Offering recommendations for overcoming technical sales objections. - Developing Industry/persona/use case based POVs, creating demo videos, executing webinars, supporting trade shows, conducting competitive analysis, responding to RFPs, performing POCs (Proof of Concepts), and developing customer stories. - Maintaining the solution catalogue and related activities. Your experience should include: - Prior experience working with Expense management systems, Travel applications with Expense, ERP, and related applications in roles such as Pre-sales Consultant, Implementation Consultant, or Customer Success roles. - 4-9 years of experience in Software Pre-Sales Consulting or Implementation Consultant roles. - Proven success as a Pre-Sales solutions consultant or Implementation Consultant in other software companies. - Experience in a fast-moving, agile company and sales team. For educational qualification, you should hold a Bachelors/masters in commerce, CA, ICWA, CFA, or MBA. In terms of personal attributes, you should be: - Independent, Highly Organized, and Self-Motivated. - Possess a strong understanding of modern systems architecture, including on-premise and Cloud-based systems. - Have expert knowledge of the complete sales lifecycle, with extensive experience in responding to sales RFPs and configuring software demos at high levels of quality. - Capable of translating business requirements into compelling software demonstrations. - Technically proficient with any EMS configuration and components, with experience in demonstrating EMS workflows. - Possess excellent presentation, demonstration, communication, and teamwork skills. - Have a high degree of confidence in presenting software demos and leading technical pre-sales discussions, including integrations.,
