About the Role

Power BI Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports with high visual and functional quality.
• Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose BI solutions, and present data-driven insights.
• Apply advanced

  DAX

  and

  data modeling

  techniques to extract meaningful business insights.
• Integrate and manage data from

  SQL, Azure, SharePoint, Excel

  , and other enterprise data sources.
• Work with

  Microsoft Fabric

  and

  Semantic Models

  to build scalable analytics solutions.
• Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, and implementation of

  role-based security

  .
• Manage

  end-to-end BI project execution

  — from discovery and design to delivery and post-deployment support.
• Define and enforce

  best practices

  for data visualization, governance, and documentation.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modeling using

  Power Query (M language)

• Represent the BI function in client meetings, demos, and strategic planning discussions.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years

  of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics.

• 6+ years

  of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
• Proven experience in

  client-facing roles

  , managing requirement gathering, and conducting solution demos.
• Expertise in

  DAX, Power BI data modeling,

  and

  performance optimization

  .
• Proven working experience with

  Microsoft Fabric

  .
• Advanced proficiency in

  Power Query (M)

  ,

  SQL

  , and handling large datasets.
• Experience with

  Azure services

  ,

  SharePoint

  , and enterprise-grade data environments.
• Strong knowledge of

  Power BI administration

  workspace management

  security governance

• Excellent

  analytical, communication, and presentation

• Experience leading or managing BI projects in enterprise or consulting settings.
