Collaboration with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders is essential to comprehend data needs and convert them into efficient data visualization solutions. You will also be involved in ETL processes, data modeling, data relationship establishment, and data optimization for improved performance and usability. Furthermore, you will implement and enforce data governance policies to uphold data accuracy, consistency, and security. Providing training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices will also be part of your role. Remaining updated on the latest Power BI features and industry trends is crucial to enhancing the quality of BI solutions. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues concerning data integrity, data quality, and performance. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar capacity is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, encompassing Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service, is crucial. Experience with data warehousing tools like SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and proficiency in SQL and other query languages are expected.
