Job Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for industrial automation projects. -Troubleshoot, modify, and optimize existing PLC programs to improve system efficiency. -Work with HMI/SCADA systems for process visualization and control. -Conduct system testing, debugging, and commissioning at client sites. -Integrate PLCs with industrial sensors, actuators, and other control devices. -Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized automation solutions. -Document programming logic, system configurations, and project details. -Stay updated with industry trends and emerging automation technologies.
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation. -Hands-on experience with PLC brands such as Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric. -Knowledge of HMI, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols. -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. -Ability to work independently and in a team environment. -Willingness to travel for on-site installation and commissioning.
