Design, develop, and modify
PLC programs
for automation systems.
Integrate PLCs with
HMI, SCADA, and field devices
as per project requirements.
Perform
testing, troubleshooting, and debugging
of control systems during assembly and commissioning.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth
panel integration and wiring compatibility

Conduct
on-site installation and commissioning
support when required.
Prepare
technical documentation, user manuals, and operation guides
.
Provide training and technical support to clients and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with
industry standards, safety protocols, and project specifications
.

Preferred candidate profile

Exp
erience in control panel manufacturing or industrial automation projects.
Knowledge of servo drives, VFDs, and industrial networking.
Willingness to travel for site visits, installations, and support
.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
35+ years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
Strong hands-on experience with PLC brands like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Delta, or Mitsubishi.
Familiarity with HMI, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
Proficiency in electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
