Platform Graphics Validation Engineer

Role Overview: You will be a Graphics Validation Engineer in the Client Windows system integration & validation team at Intel, working on E2E Graphics usages for media, display, and 3D system level features on Windows platform. Your role will involve defining, developing, and performing platform validation, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring validation coverage goals are met. Key Responsibilities: - Define & develop system level validation plans and strategies for Windows platform Graphics (display, media, 3D) use-cases - Work closely with Architecture, BIOS, Gfx driver, hardware, Firmware & board teams to ensure readiness of Graphics use-cases for validation - Validate and debug software across the stack for specific products, platforms, Windows based Graphics features, or technologies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue triage/debug and faster resolution - Analyze results, triage failures, and recommend corrective actions - Support Quality events and effectively communicate with global stakeholders - Publish Graphics reports summarizing validation results and identify opportunities for test case automation Qualifications: - Hold a BTech/MTech in computer Science or Electronic streams with excellent knowledge of key engineering subjects - Have 5+ years of relevant experience - Demonstrate strong self-initiative, persistence, and ability to deal with ambiguity - Possess good debugging and problem-solving skills, familiarity with software tools for diagnosing platform Graphics issues - Understand Windows Graphics domains such as media, 3D, Display Technologies & E2E platform test case creation and validation - Proficient in programming languages like C/C++ or scripting language like Python - Experience in Window Graphics driver Architecture and its interaction with platform level components - Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with global stakeholders - Hands-on skills with WinDBG, ITP, Logic Analyzers will be beneficial.,
