Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage campus placement activities, including student registrations, pre-placement talks, and interview schedules.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring partners to bring placement opportunities.
  
• Guide and mentor students in preparing for interviews, group discussions, and aptitude tests.
  
• Ensure timely communication between students and recruiters regarding placement processes.
  
• Maintain placement records, reports, and databases accurately.
  
• Handle queries from students and companies in a professional manner.
  
• Work closely with the academic/training team to align student skills with industry requirements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
  
• Strong communication skills in

  Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, and English, Tamil, Malayalam

  (mandatory).
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
  
• Prior experience in recruitment/placement coordination/training industry is an added advantage.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
