Placement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize & manage

  job fairs, campus & off-campus drives

• Build & maintain strong

  employer networks

  across multiple industries (IT, Media, Entertainment, etc.)
• Guide students on

  resume building, interview readiness & job preparation

• Maintain

  placement data & alumni records

• Collaborate with academic teams for

  industry visits, guest lectures & employer connect initiatives

• Explore & create new

  job/internship opportunities

  for students

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in placement/placement officer/placement coordination (mandatory)
• Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in

  Social Sciences / HR / Education

  )
• Strong

  networking and employer connect skills

• Good

  communication in English

• Basic

  computer knowledge & report writing skills
