Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement effective placement strategies to achieve high placement ratios.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, HR managers, and recruiters to generate placement opportunities.
Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, internships, and industry interactions.
Prepare students for interviews through pre-placement training, resume workshops, mock interviews, and group discussions.
Analyze job market trends and align placement activities with industry requirements.
Coordinate with academic departments to ensure students meet the skill requirements of recruiters.
Maintain and update placement records, dashboards, and reports for management review.
Negotiate with recruiters regarding job roles, salary packages, and hiring policies to benefit students.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and maintain professional ethics in all placement activities.
Mentor and guide a placement support team to achieve departmental objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Post-Graduate degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
Experience:
58 years of proven experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, HR, talent acquisition, or training & development.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of campus recruitment processes, industry hiring trends, and job market dynamics.
Network:
Well-connected with corporate HRs, recruiters, and industry professionals to drive successful placements.
