Job Description

As an Assistant at our organization based in Gurugram, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and assisting with administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to multitask will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. A background in finance would be advantageous for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain daily schedules, appointments, and calendars effectively. - Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-ups. - Handle travel arrangements such as ticketing, hotel booking, and itinerary preparation. - Manage day-to-day administrative tasks like emails, calls, and correspondence efficiently. - Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner. - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed. - Track deadlines, reminders, and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Support in basic reporting, data entry, and documentation. - Assist in finance-related tasks including expense tracking, reimbursements, and petty cash management if required. - Handle confidential information with discretion. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. - 1-3 years of experience as an Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong communication skills (verbal and written). - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure. - High level of integrity and professionalism. - Finance background or exposure will be an added advantage. Preferred Skills: - Experience in handling travel and meeting coordination. - Strong problem-solving and time management abilities. - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
