Performance Marketing Executive (Remote)

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• TikTok Ads
• LinkedIn Campaigns

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Create, manage & optimize multi-platform paid campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copies, and targeting.
• Monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and improve campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative & marketing teams for ad assets.
• Deliver clear reports with actionable insights.
• Explore new ad formats and platforms to maximize brand reach.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience

  in performance/digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads

  .
• Proficiency in

  Google Analytics, GA4, and conversion tracking

  .
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and creative with campaign ideas.
• Ability to work independently in a

  remote setup

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
